CHAPTER 93 IS RELEASHED!!!!!!!!!! It's kind of a sad ending for me, but I think that ending is sad or happy depends on each person.

So Kaname threw is heart in the furnace, thus ending his life. But his body stills remain inside Aidou's ice coffin. Before his death (or I'd like 'sleep' more ><), Kaname said that he wanted Yuuki and Zero to be together(and they did). After war with purebloods, the number of purebloods decreased, they remained a force to be reckoned with. But with new and more powerful weapons at hand, the hunter's association grew in strength as well. The situation where two sides fought and co-existed resumed. Cross Academy is established...again(3rd time already, I think). Aidou discovered Kaname's project of a cure that can turn Vampires into Humans without the cost of one's life. But it requires higher technologies.
In the End, Yori is seen telling stories about Yuuki ('vampire friends') to her grandchildren. Yuuki is able to make the cure but can not save Kaname's heart (although it has been pulled out of the furnaced) (This is what Yuuki said :"Aido-senpai and the others finally completed the research you left behind. How I wish this cure could work on you as well. But your heart, retrieved from the furnace, can't withstand the effect of the cure, nor can it even wake you up") So Yuuki used her life to make Kaname Human, thus waking him up. When he waked up, he was greeted by Yuuki's son and daughter (They called him "other father" ^w^) They convey Yuuki's message to him : I want to give you, who I love dearly...the world that I once witnessed in the time of humans.. You who always suffer from hunger..May your hunger be no more.
The end scene shows Kaname and a butterfly (probably Yuuki) watching sunrise (or sometime of the day with bright light) and stated that The light was beautiful

So sad, 'cuz in the End Kaname still can't live with Yuuki. When he wakes up, Yuuki has already used her life to save him T_T Poor, Kaname. And Zero had already passed away due to old age, too, which left Kaname all alone =_=
